About the Location:
Set amid the glorious rolling countryside of the Eden Valley, Cumbria, are three beautifully presented English Tourist Board five star houses, and the sympathetically restored Morland Hall, situated in over 15 acres of ancient woods and parkland.

Morland Hall has something for everyone; from stress-free self-catering holidays, weekend breaks or weddings to small conferences and corporate events.

Accommodation:
A large entrance hall with double French doors opens onto a spacious, balconied and beamed converted barn providing a living room with comfortable sofas and wood burning stove.

A large dining room with table and chairs provides seating for 10. The inner vestibule takes you into a well-equipped modern kitchen which includes microwave, dishwasher, hob and oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dryer. A painted wooden floor steps up to the breakfast room.

A split level suite comprising sitting room with double sofa-bed, bathroom and a galleried double bedroom can be reached either from the kitchen or the courtyard - giving wheelchair access.

The first floor has two twin-bedded rooms and a double bedroom, each with en-suite bathrooms.

Outside is a flagged terrace and attractive garden with a small pond (toddlers beware). Garden furniture, patio-heater and barbeque are provided.
