About the Location:
Set amid the glorious rolling countryside of the Eden Valley, Cumbria, are three beautifully presented English Tourist Board five star houses, and the sympathetically restored Morland Hall, situated in over 15 acres of ancient woods and parkland.

Morland Hall has something for everyone; from stress-free self-catering holidays, weekend breaks or weddings to small conferences and corporate events.

Accommodation:
The elegance of the large panelled outer-hall gives off to the book-lined study and a utility room with washer and dryer. The inner hall leads onto the dining room with yew dining table and chairs which connects to a comfortable sitting room furnished with easy chairs, sofa and open fire.

The modern well-equipped kitchen is warmed by an Aga and has all the usual facilities, including microwave, dishwasher and double fridge-freezer.

A sweeping oak staircase takes you to the bedrooms and a comfortable lounge on the first floor and from there take either a second staircase or use the spiral turret stairway to reach the bedrooms on the top floor.

The bedrooms comprise eight double rooms and one twin room. Three of these have en-suite facilities and there are an additional four bathrooms and two toilets. The roomy den or lounge can be made available as additional sleeping accommodation with a sofa bed.

Outside there is a large terrace, gardens and parterre equipped with garden furniture, patio-heater and gas-barbeque. The shared leisure facilities including heated outdoor pool and fitness room are nearby.
